It focuses on combining advanced technology like AI and robotics with human creativity to personalize production, empower workers, and reduce the environmental impact of industry. This contrasts with Industry 4.0's main focus on automation and data exchange." Artificial Intelligence Use Cases in MFG Quality Control AI monitors production lines, detecting issues through cameras and prioritizing maintenance to prevent large-scale failures. Demand Forecasting AI aids in material cost estimation, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization, reducing waste and improving resource use.
