About the event
Leadership Institute for Women in STEM and Manufacturing is an executive education program focused on issues pertinent to women leaders working in male-dominated fields. The 3-month program is offered in partnership with Case Western Reserve University where participants learn from world-class professors and coaches, participate in ESCI 360 evaluation, build strong relationships with peers, and develop core executive leadership skills. This is a hybrid program with virtual engagement as well as an in-person workshop in Cleveland, Ohio.
Since its launch in 2016, the program has graduated more than 100 outstanding women who have advanced in their roles and have added great leadership value to their organizations.
