In this context, the center is particularly proud to support its long-time partner, EdAdvance , by attending the 6th AI in Education Conference. This conference serves as a vital platform for K-12 educators to come together and explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in their school settings. The discussions at this conference focus not only on integrating AI into curricula but also on how these technologies can enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

There was a series of engaging breakout sessions covering an array of topics, each designed to enhance attendees' knowledge and skills. Among these sessions was a focused discussion on AI literacy specifically tailored for educators. This session aimed to equip teachers with the necessary understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, their classroom applications, and their implications for teaching and learning. Participants explored how AI can be integrated into educational practices to foster a more innovative and effective learning environment. Another important session focused on the ethics of using technology in education. This discussion delved into the moral responsibilities that educators and institutions hold when implementing new technologies for both students' and faculty use. They highlighted the differences in expectations and policies they encountered, providing a nuanced understanding of the academic and social challenges that come with higher education.
